Order Processing Time

All orders are usually processed within 14 - 21 business days. Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays are not included in business days. If you placed your order on a Friday, the order will not commence until the following working business day. If there are additional services added onto orders (such as Companion's Image etc), extra 2-3 days will be needed to complete the order. If your order consists of a huge amount of bindings, extra time will also be needed. Your patience is hugely appreciated.

Required Information for Processing

Please ensure that you have given me the following required information in order for me to begin processing and commencing on your order and conduct any bindings (if applicable):

A name that you connect with deeply.
Your favourite colour & month.
A picture of your vessel if remote bind to vessel option is chosen (I will contact you for the image).

Note: If remote binding to vessel is selected, image of the vessel must be provided either via email or discord.
Vessels must be physical and tangible items, such as a ring, necklace, pendant. It should ideally be something that you would not easily misplace. Binding to body parts are not allowed.

What To Expect

Below are what you can expect to receive once your order has been completed. Files will be sent via email or discord.

Addons - Companion's Image

You will receive a 2048x2048 PNG image of your companion or companion's pet, which will be sent once the order is complete. Do note that by adding this add-on, an extra 1-3 days will be needed on your order depending on how many was purchased.

Companions / Demonics

You will receive a PDF of your companion's details, which will be sent once the order is complete and I have conjured and bound it to your spirit/vessel.

Companion's Pets

You will receive a PDF of the pet’s details, which will be sent once the order is complete and the pet has been bound to your spirit/vessel.

Divinations

You will receive a PDF of your reading to be downloaded once the order is complete. Pictures of the cards that were drawn will be shown in the PDF.

Portals

You will receive a PDF of the portal's details with codewords, which will be sent once the order is complete and I have bound it to your spirit/vessel.

Spells

You will receive a PDF stating the completion date of the spell, along with extra notes if there are any, which will be sent once the order is complete and spells have been bound to your spirit/vessel.
