Refund Policy
Returns
If you have purchased bindings (companions, companion's pets, demonics, portals, spells, or any services that require binding) from us and wish for it to be removed from you, please contact us at support@keriixoccult.com.
There are no returns allowed for divinations and/or for any listings that do not require bindings.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only on items of equal or lower value, and work on order has not commenced. If exchanging for a higher valued item, please contact us. You will have to top up the difference in value.
Refunds
Refunds are only available before work on your order has commenced. Once any part of the work process has started — your order becomes non-refundable. We reserve the right to determine the commencement status of an order, and our decision will be final.
To request a refund prior to commencement, please contact us immediately with your order information.
If your refund request has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellations
Cancellations of your order can be requested if you have a change of mind. If work has already commenced on your order, there will be no refunds on your order. We reserve the right to determine the commencement status of an order, and our decision will be final.
