Heliursas

Heliursas are white snow bears that love the sun, and live in a realm that snows continuously, and temperatures are cold year round. The sun is worshipped by the denizens in this realm, as it is a very important surviving factor in this icy cold place.

These bears are very friendly, gentle and curious. Their size ranges from small cute cuddly sizes to big bears that tower over humans. Their favourite pastime is to go out during the day and soak up the sun’s rays, enjoying the warmth as they play about in the snow. They roll around, play fight with each other, and bury themselves in the snow. If the sun is not out, you will not be able to see the bears as they will prefer to hide inside their warm caves.

Due to their easygoing nature, they are easily approachable and have cultivated friendships with denizens of the realm. These denizens worship the sun, and seeing as the bears love the sun, they have taken to caring and expressing affection for the snow bears as their own. Some like to brush the bears' fur, and some like to give them accessories like scarfs to keep the bears warm.

I decided to name the bears Heliursa - seeing as they loved the sun so much, and I wanted to dedicate this find to Helios, the Sun God. "Ursa" means bear. These bears are just cute and cuddly. They do not have any special powers to help in any magic related field. The only thing they can help with is by being cute and adorable. Perhaps any beings who prefer working with the sun's magic will enjoy these bears that love the sun for what it is, warm, soothing and inviting energies.
