Carebbits

Easter equals eggs, as well as bunnies. So I thought to myself, why not find bunnies that have something to do with eggs? Here are Carebbits, named for their caring nature towards eggs. Eggs that have living things growing inside them. These rabbits have the ability to discern eggs that have growing beings inside them apart from normal eggs.

These rabbits come from a lush forest realm, and they are a type of forest being that frolick around looking for living eggs to take care of. They do not steal the eggs from others, but provide them the required care and protection alongside the orignal parent. Other beings in the forest can sense the Carebbit's gentle and soft energies, and have a type of synergy with them, allowing the rabbits to take care of their eggs while they go out to hunt for food etc.

Carebbits come in clutch when eggs are abandoned by the original parents, and become the parent of the egg they take care of. They are also really helpful when there is only one parent who needs to go out and do their chores, and are often sought out by them for help. These rabbits never ask for anything in return, as they love taking care of the eggs.

They move mountains for the eggs they take care of, making sure the temperature of the egg is perfect, along with keeping them clean and safe from other predators. Even after the egg has hatched, they continue to be a god-parent to the little ones until they know the little ones are ready and strong enough to take care of themselves. They can communicate telepathically, and emit a type of soft vibration that calms the living being inside the egg as well as even after hatching.
