Abyssal Deep Water Demons

Abyssal Deep Water Demons live in the dark deep trenches of the oceans, where it is dark and no light penetrates into their realms. Few of them do live right now on Earth, and very few come up to the shallow depths where they can be seen, especially in the daylight.

If they do surface, it will be during the darkness of the night, where they are well camouflaged, and it is hard to see them. There exists Earth versions of them, as well as a parallel universe version of them. The Earth version came from portals that opened up under the deep sea, and they traversed over and cannot go back.

They are extremely dark, and can command spectres and shades to do their bidding. Living entities of these demons love to follow after ships in the darkness of night, waiting for people to fall off and carry them down to the depths. They are master swimmers, and have tails like mermaids to allow them to glide through the waters with ease.

Even though they look like merfolk, they are absolutely not the same as them. Normal merfolk has learnt to avoid these demons like the plague, as these demons are predators, and will hunt them on sight for fun if they sense the slightest provocation from them.

These demons are not for the light of heart, and will excel in vengeance and attack tasks. Do not task them with protection as they are not interested in that. If you really want one for protection, you must state it clearly in the notes, so that I can find one that is open to that. I do not recommend these demons for beginners.
